About BSA Troop 9
Boy Scout Troop 9 is chartered by the First United Methodist Church of Carthage, and has been in continuous operation since 1910.
There are currently 17 active members, ranging from 7th through 12th grade.
About Robert
Most of you know Robert through his performances in "The Wise Men of Chelm", "A Merry Olde Christmas", "Inherit the Wind", and the
2005 Christmas show. What you may not know is that he has been involved in Boy Scouts continuously since 1st Grade. He is a
Brotherhood member of the Order of the Arrow, Scouting's National Honor Society. He is Quartermaster for his troop, and has also held
the positions of Scribe, Assistant Patrol Leader, and Patrol Leader. He earned the very challenging Theatre merit badge in 2005.
Why Stone's Throw Dinner Theatre?
Robert is clearly committed to the Theatre, and desires to contribute something lasting and tangible. As he involves his leaders and
peers in the landscaping project by showing them his work and by soliciting their help, he hopes to spark their interest and inspire their
continued involvement in and support of the Theatre.
