Board Members
All of the fifteen board members are VOLUNTEERS who meet monthly to manage the affairs of the corporation.
The current board members are from Carthage, Webb City, Joplin, Neosho, Diamond, and Lamar. At the annual
meeting, held May 1, five new board members are elected each year. Voting members of the corporation include
season ticket holders, honorary members, and those having given 20 or more hours of volunteer service to the
theatre during the current fiscal year. Members under 17 may elect one nonvoting representative to the board.
