| Due to the record number of performances (15), Stone's Throw Dinner Theatre had to cast two sets of children and two "Mrs. Starrs". The casts became affectionately known as "The Blonds" and "The Brunettes". Only Michael Goolsby (who played Pa Ingalls) and Laura Pyle (who played Ma Ingalls) appeared in every single performance. A list of the other cast members and their scheduled performance dates and locations follows: "Blonds": Morgan Sneed (Laura), Shira Murphy (Mary), Lindsay Gilleland (Carrie), Dakota Thomas (Johnny), Judy Wampler (Mrs. Starr): December 5, 6, 7, 9, 15, 16, and 17 at the Theatre; December 12 at Thomas Jefferson Independent Day School in Joplin and Steadley Elementary School in Carthage; December 6 on the KSN-TV early morning news. "Brunettes": Tessa Foti (Laura), Sarah Goolsby (Mary), Emma Pound (Carrie), Kyle Dickey (Johnny), Marilee Maddox (Mrs. Starr): December 8, 10, 13, and 14 at the Theatre; December 6 at College Heights Christian School in Joplin and Mark Twain Elementary School in Carthage; December 13 on the KSN-TV early morning news. Dakota Thomas appeared in place of Kyle Dickey on December 14; Kyle appeared on December 15. Special thanks to Kayla Hess (Youth Choir Leader), who made it to every performance from McDonald County despite the snow and ice. Thanks also to Randy Weber for transporting Collette Big Spring and Shawn DeGraff to KOAM-TV despite the impossible driving conditions of December 1! |
